They believe that we evolved from monkeys, so they would have to worship the monkey ancestors since the god of the monkeys give birth to us and all if life, matter, space, and time.

there is a little misunderstanding here. Scientists don't really meddle with things that cannot be disproven or proven with the scientific methods and therefore wouldn't worship any "monkey god". In addition, no biologist believes Homo sapiens evolved form monkey. Most biologists would tell you that you evolved from Homo neanderthalensis. We did, however, share a common ancestor with monkeys a long time ago however, we have made an evolutionary split similar to the way that birds did with dinosaurs.

No but at least all humans share a common ancestry with monkeys (and a more recent common ancestry with apes).

On the other hand deluded religionists worship an invisible imaginary being who loves them so much that he'll burn them for all eternity if they happen to believe in a slightly different version of his non-existent self.

And, of course, don't forget the imaginary being's imaginary son who is also himself but who he let die even though he was himself to save the world from invented sins that, as a god, he could have wiped away instantly anyway. Always remembering that the imaginary son of this imaginary being is for some reason the exact copy of a pagan god called Mithras who was worshipped some 600 years before the imaginary son was imagined to have existed.

Generally no. You respect your grandmother but you don't worship her. That gravestone in the cemetery does not imply worship.

> god of the monkeys give birth to us and all if life, matter, space, and time

Uh, there is no "god of the monkeys." Monkeys don't have religious beliefs.

Hve you ever thought what a practical joker your god must be to have given us 98 percent of the same genes as the chimpanzee? If humans, animals and plants were created separately, why do they all share the same chain of genes? Was it to make us believe in evolution? If that was the purpose of your god, why don't you believe in it, then?

Incidentally, humans don't descent from apes, but we all have a common ancestor.

Yes we worship every kind of living and non-living things because, unlike creationists, we don't suffer from supremacist delusions. Humans, monkeys, bacteria, atoms, electrons, quarks and even the higgs bosson all deserve the same kind of respect and worship... meanwhile creationists can go back and make love to their magic book.

I feel so much tension. It's fun getting those kind of reactions when it comes to topics like religion and science. The more hate the more I win.

I suggest you kill your parents in order to worship your God.

Let's start here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Logic

Then move on to here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Non_sequitur_%28logic%29

Once you've mastered those, we can begin to address the epic assault you've launched on biology.

Silly troll; all that work that evolution put into developing your brain and it's completely wasted. Oh, the sadness of it all.

YES! --

They all go to Ancestry.com to see who they were related to prior to Darwin himself.

After all, they wouldn't want to spend an entire existence worshipping the wrong chimp!

If your misrepresentation of evolution is due to genuine ignorance, educate yourself.

If it is due to malice, may your hemorrhoids get stuck in your bicycle chain.
