Please help on cell analogy project. Will someone help me with the last two analogies?

This is what I have so far for a cell analogy, where a cell is like a cookie shop:

cell wall: walls and roof of the shop
cell membrane: doors to the shop
chloroplast: solar panels
mitochondria: oven
nucleus: manager
ribosomes: bakers
rough endoplasmic reticulum: (help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
golgi apparatus: packager
smooth endoplasmic reticulum: (help!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
lysosome: janitor

I would really appreciate if someone would tell me whether my analogies are correct, and if anyone would tell me an analogy for the
SMOOTH endoplasmic reticulum and
ROUGH endoplasmic reticulum.

Thanks in advance!

you have done a very good work

except, the

Cell membrane : it will be like a plaster or paint on the wall.

And i can suggest you for

Rough Endoplasmic reticulam: like menual delivery counter of the baker shop.

Smooth Endoplasmic reticulam: Automatic Delivery counter of the bakery shop.

I would say that the membrane is more like paint on the outside of the shop.

The reticulum is like a conveyor belt inside the shop to move materials from one place to another.

The smooth part just moves materials and the rough part allows materials to be mixed in.

----------

The membrane surrounds the cell. Doors do not surround the shop. Instead there are holes in the membrane and the walls. As for being selective, the holes are different shapes and sizes.

I only have a contribution regarding Rough ER: seamstress. If I recall correctly the nodules are where proteins are 'stitched' together.

I just realized, the smooth ER can maybe be referred to as the Distribution Center? It 'pinches off' in 'packages' of proteins to be delivered throughout and outside the cell?
