'Blueballs' certainly do exist, although it is, of course, no excuse to pressure a girl into sex.
An erection is caused by the flow of extra blood into the genital area. Blueballs, or vasoconstriction, as it is properly known, is when blood flows into the area but not out. This can cause an uncomfortable or painful level of pressure and, sometimes, a bluish tint to the scrotum due to deoxygenated blood.
