I want to get Biology for Dummies, but not all the reviews I've heard are good. What are some alternative books that really breakdown Biology? Not a textbook please!

Cliffs Quickreview Biology
I also like the review books for the AP Biology test. Not only do you get review chapters, you also get some practice tests.
You can also check GRE (graduate record exam) test prep books for the biology subject.

CliffsQuickReview on Biology is very condensed and simple. I used it for reviewing for the PCAT. It depends on what you are looking to use these books for though.
