A flea doesn't need to lift anything...it hatches and the crawls, jumps around and sucks the blood out of things..it poops and probably breeds somehow...and then it dies.
Where's the lifting?
But a flea can jump 200 times its own body length!

it depends on the species
some can left 100 times weight than their own weight
