Definitly not 1 and 2. All members of a species have the same number of genes and chromosomes. Example. All humans have 23 pairs of chromosomes, all apes have 24 pairs.

3 isn't likely because large deletions and insertions create dramatic difference, mainly for adaptation. That would lead to an evolutionary change, probably away from the original species.

5 no because amino acids produce proteins that do the same thing to a certain function, the chemical properties don't change.
