Positive Mutation please?

I have a science project to do and I need an example of a positve genetic mutation. Also If you dont accept that positive mutations exist please dont say anything because that wont help me with my project

There is a small population of people who are HIV positive but have never developed AIDS. To me that would be a positive mutation.
